Questions about pricing

What counts as a simulation?

Each AI preview you generate counts as one. Analyses, measurements and treatment plans are unlimited. A preview that fails does not count.

What does the free trial include?

Every feature for 14 days, with 1 patient and 20 simulations, and no card. Choose a plan at any time to add more patients. When the trial ends, your patient and plans stay saved.

What if we use all our simulations?

Add a pack of 100 simulations at any time, or move to a larger plan. Plan simulations reset on the 1st of each month. Pack simulations do not expire.

Can we change or cancel the plan?

Yes. A clinic admin can change plan, update the card or cancel in Settings → Billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

How is patient data kept private?

Each clinic has its own isolated records, separate from any consumer data. Plans you share use private links that you can revoke.
